Information for parents   1.   A tutor will contact you shortly after you have spoken to our Educational Consultant   2.   An Enrolment Pack will be sent to your postal address. Please complete the enrolment form and return to Advance Tutoring School as soon as possible. Postal address can be found in "Contact Us"    3   IMPORTANT: For your children's safety all tuition should be carried out within your home in an area that is open and clearly visible. Never leave your child at home alone with a tutor   4   The tutor will go through the Individual Learning Plan with you to set "Learning goals" for 5 or 10 weeks. This plan will be reviewed in due time and new or repeated goals will be completed to cater for individual learning needs    5   Please sign the “Lesson Proof” document for every lesson when presented to you by our tutors 6   In the case that our tutors are not notified of the changes of  time for tuition or no one is home at the scheduled time you will be expected to pay for that session. The tutor requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of lesson cancellation and they will not wait for more than 10 minutes at your venue   7   We require 24 hours notice directly to the tutor to cancel a lesson. Under extreme circumstances; if your child is suddenly sick it is necessary then to provide at least three hours notice directly to your tutor. A doctor's certificate will be required and there is a maximim of two absences per school term   8   We at ATS will provide you with the best tuition possible however, in the unlikely event of a problem, please advise ATS as soon as possible and your issue will be dealt with swiftly and effectively		Payment Methods   1   Credit card - VISA or MASTER   2   BPay   3   Pay at the Post Office   Conditions 1   Tutoring fees are to be paid to ATS as per your invoice payment options. There must be NO financial or business discussion and/or transaction between yourself and the tutor. All enquiries should be discussed with ATS – contactable at the numbers above   2.   Please note one full lesson will be charged for any cancellation of tuition prior to the first lesson (if tuition has not occurred) once we have found a tutor requested by you and/or you have agreed upon a start date with our tutors. ATS requires 2 weeks advance notice in writing for any cancellation of tuition   3.   It is a requirement of ATS that if you wish to cancel your tutoring permanently you will need to ensure that a written cancellation advice arrives at our office a full two weeks prior to the last lesson.
